But you don't have to do it alone. We are here for you.

5-Step Programme

Our 5-Step Programme includes five extremely low-cost private counselling sessions with an Accredited Practitioner trained specifically to help you deal with the challenges that come with helping them.

5-Step Youth Programme

When it's a parent or sibling using alcohol and/or other drugs, it can be really hard to know what to do. Our 5-Step youth counselling programme provides tools and support for young people aged 16-24 who are impacted by a loved one's use.

Single Session

Single session Zoom consultations explore your concerns and discuss what support services are available. Talk with an Accredited Practitioner, completely free of charge.

Support Line

Request a call back from our support line from anywhere in New Zealand. Support line staff are there to listen and give guidance as needed.

Support Group

Online support group facilitated by Family Drug Support from midday every Thursday. Open to family/whānau being impacted by someone's alcohol and/or other drug use. It focuses on building resilience and coping strategies through information sharing, learning about services available and understanding the journey.
